A approach so regressive is lead by the institute where I was introduced to the terrain of technology. I just wonder what are they trying to prove by this approach. They almost cease an important phase of transformation of the specimen. The life which one expects to be so flourishing turns out to be a sense of burden along with grief. It almost feels like a misfortune era of a life. No one fancies the monotonous schedule. As a part of juncture one expects to express itself and when that is restrained the harvest is stalled.

The institute which never understood the liability of management. The theory of awarding responsibilities to a person who stood out cardinally in licking up ass and got grades on academic card is not at all understood. Throwing the some more responsibility of being placement coordinator, a responsibility which I think is the most important at that phase as it shapes up the life of all his fellow buds and that is given to a person whose communication skills are as bad as our previous Prime Minister (MMS). The placement is a bonafide of the success of an institution and placement is not quantified by the number of students placed. It is the quality of the package and the reputation of the companies which come in the institute.

An argument should always be supported by a strong example and here I would like to give an example of a prestigious institute which comes under the same trust. An institute which focuses on end result. Their primary purpose is to eradicate the unnecessary formalities while maintaining the same decorum. The support they give to each and every child is worth appreciating. No doubt their trophy cabinet is over flowing with scoops of triumphs in every field. Areas like Literature, Music, Sports, Culture, Technical Festivals etc. all are exposed to the deserving person without any bias.

An institute which hopped up to forty second position due its commendable quality of placement. A record of  more than 300 students placed and that too in colossal firms like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, Adani, Lawrence and Tubro, Alstom, IGate, Essar etc. The institute which has record of four consecutive winning streak in youth festival and many more achievements bragged. The technical festivals having budget allotted less than half of my institute but still proves to be a much more successful due to avoidance of corruption. The man who leads is supported by his teammates which results into the successful accomplishment. The approach of this institute is progressive can be pillared by the fact that they just bragged an award an ABP News of being an outstanding engineering institute of West Zone.

If the institute want to rise its own standards then the thinking of the faculties needs to be changed. The student needs to be supported to bring out the best output instead of focusing on satisfying "EGO" by the means of decorum. This regressive approach is leading towards the demolition of the reputation gained in the society.
